My big sister Joanna received her shopping today from Tesco Online, which accidentally included 23 bags of potatoes. The delivery guy asked if she was planning to open a chip shop! I wonder how often this kind of thing happens? And how difficult it would be to put some kind of sanity-checking code into the system - just a simple confirmation dialogue box when unusual quantities are entered.
