Another Six Months Fly By

Back from the long bank holiday weekend to find this message greeting me:

Has it really been 180 days since VS2005 was released?  Hmm, I guess so...  
Actually, the most surprising thing is that I haven't needed to reinstall my machine at any point during the last six months.  Does this mean Windows and the rest of the MS stack are actually getting more stable these days, or am I just more sensible about the stuff I choose to install?

Anyway, time to install a full edition of VS2005 then.  Think I'll pick the Developer edition (I wonder what proportion of people in small teams actually plump for Architect or Tester?)
